THE WOMEN INCLUSION PROJECT
Who We Are
The Women Inclusion Project is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of women’s lives. Through networking initiatives, advocacy, and education, the Women Inclusion Project connects females with resources to facilitate their economic self-sufficiency, professional growth, and access to leadership roles.

Our work
The Women Inclusion Project brings nonprofit, for-profit, government organizations, and women together in an effort to provide females with the resources needed to acheive economic self-sufficiency and career advancement through networking venues focused on employment, career advancement, housing, education, health care, and support services. Our mission is to lift females into new levels of achievement and leadership.

Social Network Initiatives
The Women Inclusion Project is dedicated to addressing the barriers women face on their journey to success. We open doors to women’s dreams by bringing resources directly to them, and we empower them through access to resources that will make a difference in their lives. We invite you to lift women to greater success by joining the WIP network. Click to get involved or register for the next networking venue.
Education
In the United States, women living below the poverty level significantly outnumber men. According to U.S. Census Bureau data, 56 percent of the 38.1 million people living in poverty in 2018 were women. While today, 3.8 % more American women hold a higher degree than they did in 1940, the rising cost of education and increased demands on women have adversely impacted access to a pivotal stepping stone to success: education. The Women Inclusion Project empowers females to fulfill their potential through workshops, inspirational speakers, and networking venues designed to connect them to resources that could further their education and careers. Advocacy
We advocate for women’s inclusion from the boardroom to government by setting a standard within our own organization. Our collaborating partners commit to equitable gender representation within their board and executive positions. We make a difference by setting an example and a vision for the future. Female inclusion in leadership and policy making roles is an area that we advocate for each and every day to ensure women’s voices are heard where it counts.
